We’ve been hearing worries from our community about medical supply delivery. Concerns range from whether products will be able to be delivered or if they have been able to be produced in factories. Here is what we learned when we started asking these questions weeks ago on your behalf.
Our distribution center placed limits very early in this crisis to prevent hoarding of products. While we still don’t have masks or sanitizer, the products that we devote to our customers are being watched over very carefully.
We contacted our manufacturers and made sure their supply chains are intact. Several are produced in America and the ones in China have continued production through the crisis in that country. Products are being shipped and are not quarantined.
We are all working from home. Our office is physically closed, but we are in constant contact all through the work day.
